We collect your name, email, phone number and stay details only to handle your enquiries, bookings and rent payments. We don't collect more information than we need to do that.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card numbers — Stripe handles that securely on their side.

Your information is stored in our booking system so we can respond to your request, confirm your booking and keep in touch about your stay. We don't sell your data to anyone.

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Email stay@sunnyacresstlucia.com with any access or deletion request and we'll get back to you.
