Booking Terms

These terms apply to short stays at Sunny Acres. They're written in plain English so you know exactly where you stand before you pay anything.

  1. 1A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
  2. 2The rate, deposit, balance due date and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing for each booking before payment.
  3. 3Guests must respect the property and neighbours.
  4. 4The maximum number of guests is as agreed at booking.
  5. 5The host may charge for damage beyond normal wear.
  6. 6Long-term lets are covered by a separate tenancy agreement.
